Service Description
Each follow up appointment is like a mini evaluations because your presentation will likely change between treatment sessions, so it's important to continually re-assess the musculoskeletal system. A typical session will include a brief exam, discussion of symptoms, manual treatment when appropriate, and therapeutic exercises or movement re-education to progress you towards your goals. Please note that Statera Wellness does not participate with any third-party insurance providers. I am happy to provide detailed invoicing so that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance of your appointment. A late cancelation or no show will be charged 50% of the session price automatically in the event we are not contacted promptly.
