What is Tele-health? - Tele-health visits require access to a computer or tablet that has both video & audio, and a strong internet connection. - Tele-health visits can be used for initial evaluations or follow up appointments. - It is a great way to have a PT assess your home or office environment without them needing to come to your location. - It allows you to maintain your PT appointments while traveling for work or leisure. Your tele-health visit should take place in an area with limited distractions - a relatively quiet & clutter free environment where you can move/exercise freely and listen to feedback and cueing. *Please book and eval if you are not a current patient & be sure to specify "tele-health" in your request. Please note that Statera Wellness does not participate with any third-party insurance providers. I am happy to provide detailed invoicing so that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
